If you request a rental analysis, the form asks for your name, email address and the property's address. You may also provide a phone number, a rent goal and details about the home or your plans. Please do not send Social Security numbers, payment-card details or other sensitive documents through the form.

You can contact Property Management of California LLC without using the form by emailing blake@pmofcal.com or calling (669) 251-0162.

We use the information you provide to review your property, prepare a requested rental analysis, answer your question and follow up about that request. A website inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or create a management agreement.

The rental-analysis form sends the information to our website service, stores the inquiry in Supabase, and submits a notification through Resend for Blake. Provider acceptance of a notification does not itself establish that an email reached an inbox. If you later become a client, the management agreement and systems used to provide that service are separate from this inquiry.

This website is hosted on Vercel. The inquiry form does not use visitor analytics, automated rental valuation or client-side tracking. To limit automated submissions, the server records a keyed hash of the connecting IP address and an hourly attempt count in a separate Supabase table; the inquiry table does not store the raw IP address. Hosting and service providers may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site. This site does not state a fixed inquiry retention period because none has been established here; contact Blake to ask about a particular inquiry or request deletion.

Links to available rentals and account portals open Blake's separate Buildium site. Information you enter there is handled through that service and its own notices; this policy describes the pmofcal.com website.
