Property Management of California LLC uses this site to explain its services, routine fees and service area and to help owners contact Blake Hunter. The rental-analysis form lets an owner request an estimate and ask about management. Sending an inquiry does not itself hire the company or create a property-management agreement.

These pages provide general information. A rent range is an estimate for a particular property, not a promised lease price or investment result. Guides about rent rules and fair housing describe general issues and sources; they do not determine how a law applies to your property or replace advice from a qualified professional when you need it. Dates on legal guides show when their sources were reviewed.

The pricing page summarizes routine published fees. Repair work and situation-specific charges may be additional. A signed property-management agreement, if you choose to enter one, sets the actual term, termination provisions, fees and responsibilities for that engagement. Ask Blake for the current agreement and review it before signing.

This site links to Blake's separate Buildium portal for available rentals and existing resident or owner account access. Those destinations may have their own terms and privacy notices. Check the destination before entering account information.
